Child Care in Kansas

Capita has recently published a paper that examines the perspectives, challenges, and opportunities for child care providers in Kansas. It presents the findings from a survey conducted in partnership by the Center for Public Partnerships & Research (CPPR) at the University of Kansas. Of particular interest, the survey used questions derived from the annual Economic Well-Being of U.S. Households survey conducted by the Federal Reserve. These questions assess financial well-being through a series of questions focused on the ability to meet financial needs rather than asking only about wages or salary. Read the report here.
