This event is inspired by the 2021 grants awarded by the Trust to nine partners around the country focused on strengthening educator pathways aligned with the principles of ideal learning environments and infusing educator development programs with antiracist theory and practice. At the webinar, you will learn from four partners about their projects and ongoing efforts toward these goals. We will also mark the release of a new report highlighting all nine projects and lessons learned. Most importantly, the panel will discuss what kinds of investments and efforts are needed now to sustain racial equity and antiracism in ECE.
