Equity and Inclusion for Children with Disabilities

Both a human rights framework and evidence-based research support equitable inclusion in early childhood opportunities for young children with disabilities and developmental delays, and yet these children continue to face challenges. In response, the Alliance for IDEA Policy Initiative and other national partners developed a new report that outlines federal policy recommendations.
